From South El Monte , Barnard 175 is visible all night because it is circumpolar. It will be highest in the sky at 23:28, 54° above your northern horizon. At dusk, it will become visible at around 19:59 (PDT), 44° above your northern horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 05:32, 31° above your north-western horizon.
