From South El Monte , ε²-Lyr is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 20:18 (PDT), 81° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:50, 84° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 02:51, when it sinks below 20° above your north-western horizon.
