From South El Monte , IC59 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:49 (PST), 61° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 18:53, 62° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 02:01, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
