From South El Monte , NGC136 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:45 (PST), 58° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 19:26, 62° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 02:36, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
