From South El Monte , the Christmas Tree Cluster is difficult to observe as it will appear no higher than 18° above the horizon. It will become visible at around 20:53 (PDT), 18° above your western horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then sink towards the horizon, setting 2 hours and 42 minutes after the Sun at 22:28.
