From South El Monte , NGC559 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:45 (PST), 50° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:36, 60° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:55, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
