From South El Monte , PN-G126.3+02.9 will become visible at around 20:06 (PDT), 30° above your north-western horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then sink towards the horizon, becoming tricky to observe after 21:37 when it dips 21° above your north-western horizon.
