From South El Monte , UGC 4478 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 20:14 (PDT), 67° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:37, 68° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:21, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
