From South El Monte , the Starfish Cluster is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 17:50 (PST), 25° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 23:16, 88° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 05:00, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
