From Cambridge , Barnard 149 is visible all night because it is circumpolar. It will be highest in the sky at 23:55, 72° above your northern horizon. At dusk, it will become visible at around 20:59 (EDT), 58° above your north-eastern horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 04:34, 45° above your north-western horizon.
