From South El Monte , Collinder 62 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 18:17 (PST), 58° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:52, 83° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:11, when it sinks below 18° above your north-western horizon.
