From South El Monte , the Rho Ophiuchi Nebula is visible between 22:39 and 04:12. It will become accessible at around 22:39, when it rises to an altitude of 20° above your south-eastern horizon. It will reach its highest point in the sky at 01:25, 32° above your southern horizon. It will become inaccessible at around 04:12 when it sinks below 20° above your south-western horizon.
