From South El Monte , Markarian 82 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 18:47 (PST), 55° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:55, 61° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:09, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
