From South El Monte , NGC2363 is visible all night because it is circumpolar. It will be highest in the sky at 01:35, 54° above your northern horizon. At dusk, it will become visible at around 17:48 (PST), 23° above your northern horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 05:44, 41° above your north-western horizon.
