From Cambridge , NGC2854 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 20:16 (EDT), 75° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:29, 83° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:35, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
