From South El Monte , NGC5358 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 20:57 (PDT), 66° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 22:53, 83° above your northern horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 04:37, 24° above your north-western horizon.
