From South El Monte , NGC6677 is visible all night because it is circumpolar. It will be highest in the sky at 22:41, 56° above your northern horizon. At dusk, it will become visible at around 20:58 (PDT), 53° above your northern horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 04:54, 30° above your north-western horizon.
