From South El Monte , NGC6824 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 20:21 (PDT), 62° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:57, 67° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:42, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
