From South El Monte , NGC6829 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 19:54 (PDT), 62° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:50, 64° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:51, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
