NGC7139 (Planetary nebula)

From South El Monte , NGC7139 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 19:19 (PDT), 55° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:06, 60° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:28, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
