From South El Monte , Sharpless 156 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 19:04 (PDT), 54° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:34, 63° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:37, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
