From South El Monte , Sharpless 195 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:51 (PST), 54° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:20, 64° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:20, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
