From South El Monte , the Muscleman Cluster is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:53 (PST), 58° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 19:44, 64° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:13, when it sinks below 18° above your north-western horizon.
