From South El Monte , UGC 4676 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 18:50 (PST), 52° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:53, 72° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:22, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
