The globular cluster M2 (NGC 7089; mag 6.5) in Aquarius will be well placed, high in the sky. It will reach its highest point in the sky at around midnight local time.
At a declination of -00°49', it is visible across much of the world; it can be seen at latitudes between 69°N and 70°S.
From Fairfield, it will be visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 21:01 (EST) as the dusk sky fades, 23° above your south-eastern horizon. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 00:49, 48° above your southern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:46, when it sinks below 21° above your western horizon.
At magnitude 6.6, M2 is quite faint, and certainly not visible to the naked eye, but can be viewed through a pair of binoculars or small telescope.
