From South El Monte , Abell cluster 1028 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 20:12 (PDT), 59° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 22:40, 82° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:38, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
