From South El Monte , IC3166 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 20:57 (PDT), 63° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:20, 63° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:25, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
