IC5117 (Planetary nebula)
R/B-band color composite image from the Second Digitized Sky Survey (DSS2), measuring 10 arcminutes across.
From South El Monte , IC5117 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 19:00 (PDT), 76° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 19:42, 79° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 01:49, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
