From South El Monte , NGC4154 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 20:55 (PDT), 65° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:19, 65° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:13, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
