From South El Monte , NGC4364 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 21:00 (PDT), 65° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:13, 65° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:07, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
