From South El Monte , PK076+01.2 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 21:18 (PDT), 29° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 02:30, 85° above your northern horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 04:30, 65° above your western horizon.
