From South El Monte , VdB 134 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 19:10 (PDT), 74° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 19:23, 75° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 01:57, when it sinks below 19° above your north-western horizon.
