From South El Monte , Collinder 15 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:45 (PST), 53° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:23, 62° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:31, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
