From Cambridge , IC1217 is visible all night because it is circumpolar. It will be highest in the sky at dusk, becoming accessible at around 17:27 (EST), 41° above your north-western horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 05:30, 37° above your north-eastern horizon.
