From South El Monte , IC1217 is visible all night because it is circumpolar. It will be highest in the sky at 22:14, 54° above your northern horizon. At dusk, it will become visible at around 21:17 (PDT), 53° above your northern horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 04:32, 30° above your north-western horizon.
