From South El Monte , IC1293 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 20:27 (PDT), 66° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:11, 67° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:57, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
