From South El Monte , LDN 1463 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 17:47 (PST), 36° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 22:16, 87° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:03, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
