From South El Monte , NGC2464 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 20:00 (PDT), 64° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:02, 67° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:50, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
