From South El Monte , NGC7027 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 20:00 (PDT), 60° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 22:25, 81° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:26, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
