From South El Monte , PN-G130.4+03.1 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:45 (PST), 45° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:22, 59° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:51, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
