From South El Monte , Sharpless 164 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:53 (PST), 55° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:16, 64° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:17, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
