From Cambridge , μ-Per is difficult to observe as it will appear no higher than 19° above the horizon. It will become visible at around 21:09 (EDT), 19° above your north-western horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then sink towards the horizon, becoming tricky to observe after 21:22 when it dips 18° above your north-western horizon.
