From Cambridge , ψ-Cap is difficult to observe as it will appear no higher than 18° above the horizon. It is visible in the dawn sky, rising at 01:11 (EDT) and reaching an altitude of 18° above the south-eastern horizon before fading from view as dawn breaks at around 03:52.
