From South El Monte , VdB 127 is difficult to observe as it will appear no higher than 18° above the horizon. It will become visible at around 17:58 (PST), 18° above your western horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then sink towards the horizon, setting 2 hours and 42 minutes after the Sun at 19:36.
