From South El Monte , VdB 15 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:47 (PST), 44° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:45, 65° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 05:08, when it sinks below 19° above your north-western horizon.
