Objects in your sky: Altitude/Time charts
The colored stripes below indicate how high each object is in the sky at different times of day. Each stripe represents the 24 hours of the day, from midday one day (far left) to midday the following day (far right).
Black or red stripes indicate objects that are low in the sky and may be hard to see. Yellow or green indicate objects that are virtually overhead.
Specifying a particular time of day (above) will limit the search to objects which are well placed at that time, and draw a purple arrow marking the chosen time.
