From South El Monte , NGC650 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 17:50 (PST), 64° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 19:30, 72° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 01:59, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
