From South El Monte , NGC7039 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 19:03 (PDT), 76° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 19:36, 78° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 01:46, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
