ε-Per (Star)

From South El Monte , ε-Per is difficult to observe as it will appear no higher than 18° above the horizon. It is visible in the dawn sky, rising at 02:23 (PDT) – 3 hours and 15 minutes before the Sun – and reaching an altitude of 18° above the north-eastern horizon before fading from view as dawn breaks at around 04:34.
