From South El Monte , NGC2748 is visible all night because it is circumpolar. It will be highest in the sky at 04:15, 47° above your northern horizon. At dusk, it will become visible at around 17:45 (PST), 21° above your northern horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 05:35, 46° above your northern horizon.
