From South El Monte , Abell 28 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 20:03 (PDT), 61° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:34, 65° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:28, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
